Lawrence Williams, Ed.D. is the co-founder and Executive Director of Oak Meadow. He has over 30 years of educational experience and has taught students from first grade to university doctoral students. He was trained as a Waldorf teacher in 1973 and was a class teacher in the Garden City, NY Waldorf School. He received his Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1990 with a dissertation on creativity and homeschooling. Lawrence is the author of numerous articles, books and curriculum materials published by Oak Meadow.
