1. Write the adjectives in the following sentences: 
	a. Bill, Joan, and Henry went to the annual automobile show. 
	b. It was being held in the big field behind the yellow house. 
	c. The cars were grouped into different classes according to age. 
	d. Bill liked the very old cars, and Joan liked the newer cars. 
	e. Henry wanted a blue, 1944 Ford. 
	f. They all went out to a delicious dinner at the local diner after the automobile show. 
	g. It was a good day for all of them. 

2. Write the adverbs in the following sentences: 
	a. Yesterday I worked on my research report. 
	b. I got up early to begin writing diligently. 
	c. My stomach was very empty at 6:00 in the morning. 
	d. I researched carefully and took notes meticulously all morning. 
	e. The neighbor's dog barked loudly and disturbed my concentration. 
	f. I decided to stay close to home. 


3. Finish your research report. Use lots of adjectives and adverbs to make your report interesting. Put a cover page on your report and a bibliography at the end.
