Three Little Kittens

Three little kittens
lost their mittens,
And they began to cry,
(Mimic crying and wiping eyes)
“Oh, mother dear, we sadly fear
Our mittens we have lost!”
“What? Lost your mittens?
You naughty kittens!
(Shake finger as if chastising)
Then you shall have no pie.”
“Meow, meow, meow, meow!”
“You shall have no pie!”

The three little kittens
found their mittens,
And they began to cry,

“Oh, mother dear, see here, see here,
Our mittens we have found.”
“What? Found your mittens?
You good little kittens!
(Open arms and pretend to pat and hug kittens)
Then you shall have some pie.”
“Purr, purr, purr, purr.”
“You shall have some pie!”
