Five Speckled Frogs
(Continue from five down to one, demonstrating with the fingers)
Five green and speckled frogs,
(Hold up five fingers)
Sitting on a speckled log,
(Sit the fingers on the other hand)
Eating the most delicious bugs — yum, yum!
(Open and shut hand like a mouth)
One jumped into the pool,
(One finger jumps off)
Where it was nice and cool.
Then there were four green speckled frogs.
(Hold up four fingers)
Four...
Three...
Two...
One green and speckled frog,
Sitting on a speckled log,
Eating the most delicious bugs — yum, yum!
He jumped into the pool,
Where it was nice and cool,
Now there are NO green speckled frogs!
(Open both hands wide to show they are empty)
