Hickory, dickory, dock!
(Move upright fingers back and forth in “tick-tock” motion)
The mouse ran up the clock;
(Both hands can be the mouse running up the clock, wiggling
the fingers as the child raises the hands up)
The clock struck one,
(Stick one finger of each hand up to show “one”)
And down he run,
(Have the mouse run back down, lowering the wiggling fingers)
Hickory, dickory, dock.
(Move upright fingers back and forth in “tick-tock” motion)
