Rock-A-Bye, Baby

Rock-a-bye, baby,
on the tree top!
(Rock arms gently, then more vigorously,
as if holding a doll or baby.)

When the wind blows
the cradle will rock,
(Rock a little more vigorously, swinging high and low)
When the bough breaks
the cradle will fall,
(Gently lower the arms down, as if putting a baby in bed.)
And down will come baby,
cradle and all.
(It might be fun to actually rock a stuffed
animal or doll during this verse.)
