We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via our web site. You can place an order by telephone Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) within 24 hours of being placed, if placed Monday - Thursday. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed the next business day. A business day is Monday - Friday, except holidays. Shipping time for our peak season can be 1 to 2 weeks. Peak seasons are in June and September.

All orders shipped outside the US will be shipped Parcel Post Air. We do not ship Surface Parcel Post.

UPS Ground Delivery Times:

UPS Ground Customers can expect delivery 3-5 business days after the order is entered and credit card approval is obtained.

UPS 2nd Day Air Customers can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the order is entered and credit card approval is obtained.

UPS Next Day Air Customers can expect delivery 1-2 business days after the order is entered and credit card approval is obtained.

USPS Priority Mail (Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, US Territories) Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Customers can expect delivery 2-5 business days after the order is entered and credit card approval is obtained. Note: APO, FPO, & U.S. Territory deliveries are treated as domestic packages and will be delivered directly within 2 weeks.

Foreign Orders Foreign Orders are shipped via USPS. Delivery time will vary by country. Your order may be subject to import duty or taxes. Applicable taxes or duty are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.
