Oak Meadow's online curriculum uses the same creative approach as the printed materials. Each curriculum contains all of the materials needed for a full school year (in weekly lessons), and no supplementary books are necessary. All you need is a computer with Internet access. (A high-speed or broadband Internet connection is recommended, but not required.) The online curriculum employs common Internet technologies (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader and Macromedia Flash Player) that are widely available for free.
Kindergarten Through Eighth Grade
The K-8 online curriculum is available either with or without enrollment in Oak Meadow school. Without enrollment, you get access to our online lessons and can use the material as part of your homeschooling program. Enrollment includes full academic credit and the support of an Oak Meadow teacher.
The online curriculum provides 36 weekly lessons in language arts, math, science, social studies, music, crafts, and health. Each curriculum includes complete instructions for parents to follow in presenting all subjects, and provides the convenience of online delivery with the benefit of immediate updates when the curriculum is revised. The curriculum can be completed offline, so children don't have to spend hours working at a computer.
