BOOKSTORE: RETURN POLICY

Although we make every effort to insure that your curriculum purchase or school enrollment is successful, we understand that sometimes customers wish to make a return or withdraw enrollment. We will refund the price of your curriculum and enrollment fee with the following limitations:

Curriculum Refunds

We will give you a full refund of your purchase price if you return the materials undamaged (in saleable condition) and postmarked within 30 days from the date the curriculum was sent to you. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Before returning your curriculum, you must call or email us for a Return Authorization Number. After 30 days, curriculum refunds are not available. If you wish to place a new order or make an exchange, please do so by phone, mail, or in the Bookstore. Please do not include new orders or payments with your return.

Enrollment Refunds

To cancel your child's enrollment in Oak Meadow School, you must send a letter, fax, or email to the Oak Meadow office informing us of your child's withdrawal. The postmark (for a letter) or the electronic imprint date (for fax or email) will serve as the official date of termination.

If you withdraw within 30 days from the start date of your enrollment, we refund your fees, less the following non-refundable amounts:

K-8 - $175 per student is non-refundable

High School - $75 per course is non-refundable
