To cancel a student's enrollment in Oak Meadow, you must send a letter, fax, or e-mail to the Oak meadow office informing us of the student's withdrawal. The postmark (for a letter) or the electronic imprint date ) for fax or e-mail) will serve as the official date of termination.
If you withdraw within 30 days from the start date of your enrollment, we refund your fees, less the following non-refundable amounts:
K-8 - $175 per student is non-refundable
High School - $75 per course is non-refundable
