Enrollment with Full Support
With this option, the student sends lessons to a teacher regularly for comments and evaluations. The frequency of this varies by grade level, as follows:
Grades K-4: Because the lessons in these grades include paintings, crayon drawings, craft projects, and long-term projects using crayons or colored pencils, lessons are sent quarterly (every twelve lessons) by postal mail. In addition, the teacher needs to see a sampling of work each month.
Grades 5-8: In these grades, the frequency and mode of communication vary, depending upon the kind of curriculum the student is using.
Online Curriculum - Students send their lessons every week by email.
Printed Curriculum - When using email, students send their lessons every week. For regular mail, students send in their work every two weeks.
Grades 9-12: In High School, communication with the teacher varies according to the kind of curriculum the student is using.
Online Curriculum - Students send their lessons every week through the web site.

All teachers have email access, so parents and students may always communicate with the teacher by email, even if the lessons are sent by postal mail.
Enrollment with full teacher support also gives you access to the full range of our enrollment services.
Fees
(Note: These fees do not apply to the Online High School. Please see below for Online High School fee structure.)
You pay an enrollment fee for one school year to Oak Meadow at the time of enrollment, and the teachers bill you separately for the teacher fees on a quarterly or semester basis. Enrollment with Full Support consists of three fees:
- Enrollment Fee $425 per family. This provides school enrollment for all children in the same family for one calendar year, including transfer of school records, communication with local school officials (if necessary). In addition, you receive a copy of Living and Learning and an introductory audio tape.
- 2. Curriculum Fees These vary by grade level. Note: When you complete and return the enrollment form, we do not automatically order a curriculum for you. You must order the curriculum separately.
- Teacher Fees These provide support, review of student's work, and evaluations. Full support teacher fees are paid directly to the office. The fees below are for 36 Lessons or 10 months, whichever comes first. Additional months are available as noted. Installment payment plans are available through the office.
- Grades K-4: $300 per student ($30/month for additional months)
- Grades 5-8: $425 per student ($45/month for additional months)
- Grades 9-12: $315 per student per subject ($35/month for additional months)
Note: Teacher Fees do not include return postage costs. Teachers will bill for postage fees. Parents living outside the U.S. will be billed for a deposit of $50 and rebilled as necessary.
Online High School Fees
Enrollment in the Online High School is $300 for a full year course of one subject, or $165 for a single semester course. This fee includes enrollment, access to online course materials, and teacher support. Single-semester enrollments are valid for a period of six months from your Start Date; full-year enrollments are valid for twelve months.

- Complete the enrollment form.
- Purchase your enrollment fee in our bookstore.
- Order your curriculum materials in our bookstore.
- Choose your teacher fee payment option in the bookstore bookstore.
After you have enrolled, you will receive a Welcome Packet which includes information about your teacher assignment. Your teacher(s) will then send you an introductory letter.
