Kindergarten - Eighth Grade

Greetings! Education has always played an important role in my life. I have worked with Oak Meadow School for the past sixteen years, as well as home schooled my own two sons, Jeremiah and Jesse, using the Oak Meadow curricula. Prior to my assignment as an OMS Class Teacher, I worked with children and families in an outdoor educational setting as a State Park Naturalist; I instructed nutritional cooking classes for adults and teenagers; and I taught in two New England Waldorf Schools. For the past sixteen years I have also created weekly, educational programs for home schooled children (Grades K-8) in my local area, using a combination of the Oak Meadow and Waldorf School philosophies.

Through all of my teaching experiences, I am convinced that a well balanced education is the basis for successful and joyful teaching and parenting. As your Class Teacher, and as your friend, I am here to support you and to help you in the growth and unfoldment of your family's educational journey. Along with my services as a Class Teacher, I will also offer individual consultations and counseling to better serve your child's education.
