Charter School RMA Form

If you are a charter school customer, please fill out this form, and Oak Meadow will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Items cannot be returned and processed without an RMA number. Detailed instructions regarding how to package and ship your returned materials will be provided to you with your RMA number.

Returned items must be received in like-new condition and not written or colored in, or highlighted. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Returns processed from charter school customers are not currently subject to restocking fees.

Note: This form is for charter schools only. If you are a family working with a charter school, please contact your school who will approve your request and submit this form on your behalf. And if you purchased your order through our online bookstore, you can please fill out the RMA Form here to return your materials.
