Oak Meadow School Media Release

Oak Meadow promotes and celebrates our school and students in many ways, including sharing student success stories (graduation, results of academic competitions, school/classroom news, student projects, etc. ). To share these student stories, we want to make sure we have the permission of our students and parents.

This form is a media consent release that grants Oak Meadow permission to use the student’s image, news, and/or creative work for promotional purposes.

By signing this form, you consent to the use of your or your student’s photograph, image, voice, written and/or verbal statements by Oak Meadow School. Oak Meadow uses many different methods to share information, including our website and social media platforms, emails, newsletters, external media outlets, print advertisements/brochures, and trade publications. This consent includes the unrestricted right and permission to use, reuse, publish, alter, and distribute these materials.
